For Hosted Accommodation, click here .			A HOSTED stay is a guest room in someone's apartment or artist's loft, also called a B&B room. A continental breakfast may be served. Hosted Stays: Single: in Manhattan: $120 to $155 Double: in Manhattan: $125 to $175
For Unhosted Accommodation, click here.			An UNHOSTED stay means your own private, self contained suite or apartment with a full private bathroom and a partial or full kitchenette. Private Apartments (for 1-3 guests): $135 to $325 Unhosted Artist Lofts : $250 to $750 Large Apartments(for 4-6 guests): $250 to $600. Many of our large apartments are on the Upper Eastside. Large apartments can only sleep six guests, in a maximum of three beds.
Accommodations in the downtown areas (SoHo, Greenwich Village and Chelsea) will often be at the higher end of these price ranges. If your budget is higher, we can offer a wider selection of choices Downtown. Artist's lofts are generally more expensive. Prices for all accomodations increase during holiday and peak periods. In order to provide you with CitySonnet's signature service, please make sure that your request meets these guidelines.
