Single: in Manhattan: $135 to $175; in Brooklyn $98 to $125
Doubles in Manhattan: $135 to $175; in Brooklyn $125 to $145

ARTISTS LOFTS (UNHOSTED): $250 to $700
PRIVATE APARTMENTS:for 1-3 guests $175 to $295

For groups of 4 guests or more, a large apartment will be needed:
LARGE APARTMENTS: $350 to $700

TAXES
Hosted accommodations or private quarters within a larger property:
Taxes are 8.375% regardless of length of stay.

Unhosted Accommodations
Taxes are 13.375% tax, plus a $2.00 per room per night fee for six nights. If a stay is for seven nights or more, the rate is 5%, plus a $2.00 per room per night fee.


Payment Method
A deposit is required to confirm a reservation. The deposit can be paid quickly and efficiently via the secure server on our web site. The balance is due upon arrival, payable directly to the host, in cash. CitySonnet accepts American Express, Discover, MasterCard or Visa.
